摘　　要：目的 探讨安奠二天汤联合西药、身心反馈放松仪治疗先兆流产的临床效果.方法 选取80例孕5~12周的先兆流产的保胎患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法 将患者划分为西药组与中西药加放松治疗组,各40例.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 中西药加放松治疗组的胚胎存活率高于西药组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均降低,且中西药加放松治疗组低于西药组(P<0.05).结论 先兆流产患者采用安奠二天汤联合西药、身心反馈放松仪治疗,能缓解其焦虑抑郁情绪,提高胚胎存活率.Objective To explore the clinical effect of Andian Ertian decoction combined with western medicine and physical and mental feedback relaxant in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods Eighty fetal-preserving patients with threatened abortion from 5 to 12 weeks of pregnancy were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese and western medicine plus relaxation treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The survival rate of embryo in the traditional Chinese and western medicine plus relaxation treatment group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups reduced,and those in the traditional Chinese and western medicine plus relaxation treatment group were lower than the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Andian Ertian decoction combined with western medicine and physical and mental feedback relaxant can relieve the anxiety and depression mood of patients with threatened abortion and improve the survival rate of embryo.
