不同宫内节育器的避孕效果和安全性比较

摘　　要：目的 比较不同宫内节育器的避孕效果及安全性.方法 选取我院2018年6月至2019年5月妇科门诊接收的68例宫内节育器手术受试者,根据受试者放置节育环的不同将其分为观察组(21例,放置吉妮柔适环)和对照组(47例,放置母体乐环).比较两组受试者上环时间、术后阴道出血量、带器妊娠率、术中疼痛率及术后宫内节育器脱落率.结果 两组受试者的上环时间及术后阴道出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组受试者术中疼痛发生率为28.57%,高于对照组的4.26%(P<0.05);观察组带器妊娠率和术后宫内节育器脱落率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 相比母体乐环,吉妮柔适环的避孕效果更理想,术中疼痛程度受试者可以耐受.Objective To compare the contraceptive efficacy and safety of different intrauterine devices.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,68 cases of intrauterine device surgery objects in the gynecological clinic of our hospital were selected.According to the different placement of intrauterine device,the objects were divided into observation group(21 cases,placed GeneFiex intrauterine device)and control group(47 cases,placed Mutile intrauterine device).The time of placing intrauterine device,amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding,pregnancy rate with intrauterine device,intraoperative pain rate and rate of postoperative intrauterine contraceptive shedding were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the time of placing intrauterine device and amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding(P>0.05).The incidence of intraoperative pain in the observation group was 28.57%,which was higher than 4.26%in the control group(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate with intrauterine device and rate of postoperative intrauterine contraceptive shedding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Mutile intrauterine device,GeneFiex intrauterine device has better contraceptive effect,and the patients can tolerate the pain during operation.
