摘　　要：目的 探究康复新液加利多卡因胶浆混合喷雾在改善胃肠减压患者咽部舒适度中的应用效果.方法 将我院收治的130例胃肠减压患者根据建档顺序不同分为观察组(n=65)与对照组(n=65).对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用康复新液加利多卡因胶浆混合喷雾.比较两组患者的应用效果.结果 护理后,观察组咽部舒适度优于对照组(P<0.05);置管后2 d、拔管时、拔管后2 d,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咽部疼痛、口咽部干燥、咽部吞咽不适、咳嗽咳痰、自行拔管发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组可靠性、移情性、有形性、保证性、反应性评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 康复新液加利多卡因胶浆混合喷雾有助于改善胃肠减压患者咽部舒适度,减轻置管疼痛,减少置管不良反应,提高护理工作满意度.Objective To explore the application effect of Kangfuxin solution plus lidocaine mucilage mixed spray in improving pharyngeal comfort of patients with gastrointestinal decompression.Methods A total of 130 patients with gastrointestinal decompression admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group(n=65)and control group(n=65)according to the different filing order.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given Kangfuxin solution plus lidocaine mucilage mixed spray on this basis.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the pharyngeal comfort of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);at 2 days after tube insertion,the time of extubation and 2 days after tube extubation,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidences of pharyngeal pain,dryness of oropharynx,pharyngeal dysphagia,cough and expectoration,and self extubation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of reliability,empathy,tangibility,assurance and responsiveness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Kangfuxin solution plus lidocaine mucilage mixed spray can help ameliorate the pharyngeal comfort of gastrointestinal decompression patients,reduce the pain of catheterization and the adverse reactions of catheterization,and improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
