语言沟通及心理护理在焦虑症患者护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨语言沟通及心理护理在焦虑症患者护理中的应用价值.方法 将2018年7月至2019年7月在我院心身科治疗的130例焦虑症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各65例.对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用语言沟通及心理护理.比较两组患者的焦虑及精神症状改善情况、生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分、护理满意度.结果 护理后,两组HAMA评分低于护理前,NOSIE评分高于护理前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,两组患者的PSQI评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理态度、人文关怀、病房环境、护理操作技能满意度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 语言沟通及心理护理在焦虑症患者护理中的应用价值显著,能有效缓解患者的焦虑症状,改善其精神状态,提高睡眠质量及护理满意度,具有积极的临床意义.Objective To explore the application value of language communication and psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 130 patients with anxiety disorder who were treated in the psychosomatic department of our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the observation group was given the language communication and psychological nursing.The improvement of anxiety and mental symptoms,quality of life score,sleep quality score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,HAMA score of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,NOSIE score were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,PSQI scores of patients in both groups decreased,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing attitude,humanistic care,ward environment and nursing operation skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Language communication and psychological nursing applied to patients with anxiety disorder has significant application value,it can effectively relieve the anxiety symptoms,improve the mental state,the sleep quality and the nursing satisfaction,and have positive clinical significance.
