摘  要:为使纺织材料具有拉胀性能、多功能和智能化的特点,在纺织品中引入负泊松比纱。基于负泊松比纱的组成和结构研究了其形变机制、纺纱方法及成形技术,主要涉及到二轴系和三轴系纺纱装置,分别适用于2组分和3组分(或多组分)的负泊松比纱的制备。负泊松比纱的成形属于结构复合纺纱的范畴,其纺纱原理的突出特点是可以改善芯纱体表面硬度和包缠复丝的准单层排列,通过改进结构提升成纱的拉胀效应,使最大负泊松比值(-vmax)大于2.1,实现纺纱技术从选材到结构上的突破。负泊松比纱可应用于服装、过滤材料、生物医用材料等领域并提升产品的附加值和竞争力。Textile materials with negative Poisson′s ratio present mechanical properties,multifunctional and intelligent characteristics.The deformation mechanism,spinning method and preparation technology were discussed on the materials and structure of complex yarn with negative Poisson′s ratio.It mainly involved two-axis and three-axis spinning devices,which were suitable for the preparation of twocomponent and three-component(or multi-component)complex yarn,respectively.The formation of complex yarn with negative Poisson′s ratio was based on structural complex spinning method.The prominent feature of spinning principle was improvement of the surface hardness of core yarn and the quasi single layer arrangement of wrapped filament.The maximum negative Poisson′s ratio(-νmax)greater than 2.1 could be carried out by the yarn structure to improve the auxetic effect.Breakthrough was made for spinning technology from material selection to structure improvement.At the same time,the complex yarn with negative Poisson′s ratio can be used in the fields of clothing,filter materials,biomedical materials and so on to enhance the added value and competitiveness of products.
