摘　　要：针对目前山羊原绒分选还没有完善的工艺及质量控制标准的现状,以国产白原绒及紫原绒的分选为例,研究分析山羊原绒分选工艺、质量控制、存在问题及解决措施。山羊原绒分选分为原绒分选和洗净绒复选2个工艺过程,探讨分选过程的取、抖、辨、除、撕、装、验、复验6个关键步骤的工艺要求,分选后山羊原绒需达到外观松散、无长束粗毛、无大杂质等,含杂率低于0.02%,以聚乙烯、聚丙烯为原料的非动物性纤维和其他动物纤维含量为零。根据最终产品的用途,按照异色纤维含量、纤维细度、含绒量的不同,对分选后的原绒进行水洗及分梳加工,可以提高山羊绒的经济价值。通过对山羊原绒分选进行规范化、科学化管理,对于提高分梳山羊绒的产品质量,做到优质优用、物尽其用具有重要意义。In view of the lack of standard technology and quality control standard for raw cashmere sorting at present,the sorting process,quality control,existing problems and solutions of cashmere sorting were studied and analyzed by taking the sorting of domestic white raw cashmere and purple raw cashmere as an example.Sorting include raw cashmere sorting and scoured cashmere sorting,and can be divided into six key processes:extraction,shaking,identifying,removing,tearing,packaging,inspecting and the re-inspecting.The sorted cashmere should be loose,no long bundles of coarse hair,no large impurities and grass thorns,the impurity rate lower than 0.02%,polyethylene,polypropylene and other animal fibers content is zero.The economic value of cashmere can be improved by washing and carding after sorting according to the use of the final product based on analysis of the heterochromic fiber content,fineness and cashmere content.It is of great significance to improve the product quality of carded cashmere and to make the best use of all materials by standardized and scientific management of the sorting of goat wool.
