摘  要:为定性分析羊毛/羊绒/涤纶混纺织物中的纤维种类,利用还原法对织物进行脱色处理,将羊绒、羊毛鳞片还原为染色前的形态,通过对比羊绒和羊毛纤维的外观特征鉴别纤维种类。固定还原剂保险粉用量和脱色液浴比,通过对不同脱色时间和温度下脱色后的织物进行比较分析,表明在用质量分数8%保险粉、浴比为1∶40的脱色液中对织物样品进行脱色处理,脱色温度为70℃,脱色时间为30 min时织物样品的脱色效果良好,羊毛和羊绒纤维的鳞片形态得以显露,且未损伤鳞片。利用WlVnt羊毛检测系统可以明显区分羊绒、羊毛和涤纶纤维,而且用时较短,具有一定的实践指导意义。In order to qualitatively analyze the fiber types in wool/cashmere/polyester blended fabric,the decolorization treatment method was carried out by using reduction method to reduce the scale morphology of cashmere and wool before dying,and then the fiber types were identified by comparing the appearance characteristics of cashmere and wool fiber.The results showed that the best decolorizing effect was obtained when the decolorizing temperature was 70℃,the decolorizing time was 30 min,decolorizing solution with 8%sodium sulfate and bath ratio of 1∶40,and the scale morphology of wool and cashmere fibers was revealed without damaging the scale.The damage scale can be distinguished from cashmere,wool and polyester fiber by using Wlvnt wool detection system,and the time was the shortest,which has a strong practical significance.
