摘 要:为提升服装企业在袖缝缝制过程中的工艺水平,针对职业装袖缝在袖缝传统工艺中出现的吃势松量不均匀、大小袖片袖缝组合错位等工艺问题,从工艺流程、袖片取放顺序、操作动作优化、生产效率等方面寻找解决方法,对职业装袖缝传统工艺进行创新设计。研究结果表明:袖缝模板创新工艺比袖缝传统工艺缩短了约40%的工序操作时间,有效的解决了袖缝传统工艺中工序繁琐、袖缝成型饱满度不够及易出现斜缕等技术难题,生产制作过程中的返工概率也降低了90%,袖缝模板创新工艺既提高了生产效率也使产品质量得到了保证。To enhance the sleeve seam sewing craft in garment enterprises,innovative design on traditional sleeve seam technology was adopted on business attire from the aspects of technological process,order of cutting pieces,operation optimization,promotion production efficiency and so on to solve the problems such as uneven of tightness,the dislocation of sleeves combination in different sizes,etc.The results show that innovate template technology reduces 40%operation time compared to traditional sleeve seam process,and solving the technical difficulties such as complicated working procedure,insufficient filling degree of sleeve seam and inclined wisp,the probability of rework in the production process was also reduced by 90%.The innovative sleeve seam template technology not only improved the production efficiency but also ensured the product quality.
