摘 要:通过大量的生产实践数据,对比分析低品位铁矿石和高品位铁矿石在锑鼓风炉生产中的应用。结果表明,锑鼓风炉采用高品位铁矿石作熔剂,技术指标显著提高,铁矿石使用率由26.99%降至18.39%,渣含锑由1.41%降至1.27%,造渣率由74.00%降至62.9%。节省了成本,经济效益显著提升。The application of low-gnade iron ore and high-grade iron ore in the production of antimony blast furnace is compared and analyzed through a large number of production practice data The results show that when the high-grade irn ore is used as the flux in the antimony blast fumace,the technical indicators are significantly improved.To be specific,the utilization rate of iron ore is reduced from 26.99%to 18.39%,the antimony content of slag is reduced from 1.41%to 1.27%,and the slag making rate is reduced from 74%to 62.9%.It saves the cost,and the economic benefit is significantly improved.
