摘　　要：郁痰是指由情志不遂所致痰证或郁证性病证。七情不遂是产生郁痰的原发病因,气机郁滞为郁痰形成的基本病机;郁痰既是七情不遂气机郁滞的病理产物,又是引发郁证性病证的继发病因。郁痰临床表现纷繁多彩,百病丛生,包括情志类和(或)涉及多脏腑、多系统的躯体类表现。“怪症必有痰”多为具有郁痰病机的郁证表现。部分郁痰可能为隐性郁证。解郁理气化痰是治疗郁痰的主要方法,代表方包括半夏厚朴汤类、加味二陈汤类及理气化痰类。治疗郁痰从痰论治即是从郁论治。对疑难杂(怪)症常规辨证论治难以取效时,毋忘郁痰的可能性而不妨试从郁痰论治。Phlegmatic hygrosis refers to phlegm syndrome or depression syndrome caused by imbalanced emotional factors.The original cause of phlegmatic hygrosis is imbalanced emotional factors,and the basic pathogenesis is stagnation of Qi.Phlegmatic hygrosis is both the pathological products and secondary cause of depression syndrome.Phlegmatic hygrosis can manifest as variety symptoms,such as emotional and/or multisystem somatic symptoms.“Weird depression must be phlegm”is mostly a kind of depression syndrome manifestations with pathogenesis of phlegmatic hygrosis.Part of the phlegmatic hygrosis might be the masked depression syndrome.The main treatment of phlegmatic hygrosis is resolving depression and regulating Qi flowing for eliminating phlegm.The main prescription includes“Banxia Houpo decoction and Modified Erchen Decoction”and the main function of decoction is regulating Qi flowing for eliminating phlegm.To treat phlegmatic hygrosis,treating from the aspect of phlegm is just treating from the aspect of depression.When conventional syndrome differentiation of incurable diseases(or weird diseases)is hard to take effect,don’t forget the possibility of phlegmatic hygrosis,and try to treat from the aspect of depression as well.
