摘　　要：我国的传统医学对于慢性创面修复有着独特的理解和丰富的临床治疗经验,中医中药发挥着独特的优势,有着良好的促愈疗效。糖尿病型肛漏是多属脾肾阳虚证,病机特点是“虚”“瘀”“腐”。近现代医家在多年理论和临床研究中逐渐归纳衍生出了新的认识治疗,本文就回阳生肌方,浅谈内服结合外用方法治疗糖尿病型肛漏。Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique understanding of chronic wound repair and rich clinical treatment experience.Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine play a unique advantage and have a good healing effect.Diabetic anal leakage is mostly a syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and the pathogenesis is characterized by“deficiency”,“stasis”and“rot”.Modern medical doctors have gradually derived new understanding and treatment in the theoretical and clinical research for many years.In this article,we will return to Yangsheng Jifang and talk about the treatment of diabetic anal leakage with internal and external methods.
