摘 要:目的:基于网络药理学研究黄芪在治疗OP(osteoporosis)相关症状时的分子机制。方法:通过相关数据库筛选出黄芪活性成分,然后运用相关技术手段预测黄芪治疗OP相关症状的作用靶点,并将相关靶点进行GO生物过程与KEGG信号通路富集分析。结果:在预设条件下得到黄芪入血活性成分20个,对应靶点37个,参与51个生物过程,并参与多个与OP形成相关的信号通路。结论:研究表明黄芪通过直接和间接影响骨代谢来发挥治疗OP的作用,符合目前药物治疗OP的作用机制的认识。Objective:To study the molecular mechanism of astragalus in the treatment of OP(osteoporosis)related symptoms based on network pharmacology.Methods:Screen the active ingredients of astragalus through relevant databases,and then use relevant technical means to predict the target of astragalus in treating OP-related symptoms,and analyze the relevant targets for GO biological process and KEGG signal pathway enrichment analysis.Results:Under the preset conditions,20 Astragalus active ingredients were obtained,corresponding to 37 target sites,participating in 51 biological processes,and participating in multiple signal pathways related to OP formation.Conclusion:Studies have shown that astragalus can directly and indirectly affect bone metabolism to play the role of OP treatment,which is in line with the current understanding of the mechanism of drug treatment of OP.
