周围性面瘫穴位埋线治疗文献分析

摘　　要：目的:对穴位埋线治疗周围性面瘫的文献进行归纳分析。方法:电子检索中国知网(CNKI,1979—2018年)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP,1989—2018年)、中国生物医学光盘数据库(CBM,1979—2018年)、Pubmed(1966—2018年)中穴位埋线治疗周围性面瘫的文献,分析总结穴位埋线治疗该病的选穴、埋线材料、治疗方法、介入时期、频次、疗程、疗程间隔、疗效、随访及不良反应等。结果:纳入88篇文献,其中65篇采用辨病选穴,占73.86%;常取患侧面部阳明经经穴进行单穴、透穴或多穴结扎埋线;材料多用普通羊肠线,占82.95%;治疗方法以单一埋线疗法为主,占57.95%,常配合针灸等其他疗法;埋线方法常选套管针埋线法,占69.32%;适用于周围性面瘫的各个时期,以病程>1月的慢性面瘫多用,治疗频次多为两周1次,3次1疗程,一般治疗一个疗程,疗效及安全性较高。结论:埋线治疗周围性面瘫疗效可靠,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To summarize and analyze the literatures on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with acupoint embedding.Methods:Electronic search of China Knowledge Network(CNKI,1979-2018),full-text database of Chinese scientific journals(VIP,1989-2018),China Biomedical CD-ROM database(CBM,1979-2018),Pubmed(1966-2018))In the literature on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with acupoint embedding,analysis and summary of acupoint embedding treatment for the disease,embedding materials,treatment methods,intervention period,frequency,treatment course,treatment interval,efficacy,follow-up and adverse reactions.Results:A total of 88 articles were included,65 of which were based on disease-selecting points,accounting for 73.86%;the side of the Yangming Meridian channel of the affected side was often used for single-point,penetrating or multi-point ligation and embedding;the material was mostly ordinary gut line,82.95%;the treatment method is mainly single embedding therapy,accounting for 57.95%,often combined with other therapies such as acupuncture;the embedding method often selects the trocar embedding method,accounting for 69.32%;applicable to all stages of peripheral facial paralysis Chronic facial paralysis with a course of more than 1 month is multi-purpose.The treatment frequency is usually once every two weeks,three times a course of treatment.Generally,one course of treatment has high efficacy and safety.Conclusion:The effect of embedding thread on peripheral facial paralysis is reliable,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
