摘　　要：理工类高校文科大学生就业形势尤为严峻,针对理工类高校中文科生开展就业思想政治教育具有深远的理论和现实意义.以理工类高校文科生的就业特性为突破口,探源就业难的因素所在,遵循文科生身心发展规律,通过全程职业生涯指导、实践基地拓展、创业引导等帮助理工类高校文科生树立正确的就业观、择业观、创业观,提高专业实践能力和跨学科知识,从而增强就业综合竞争力.The employment situation of liberal arts students in the science and engineering college is particularly severe.To carry out the employment ideological and political education has profound theoretical and practical significance for the liberal arts students in the science and engineering universities.Taking the employment characteristics of liberal arts students as a breakthrough,this paper explores the original difficulties of their employment.Following their physical and mental development law,it can help the liberal arts students to establish the correct career values,choosing career values,and entrepreneurship values by the career guidance throughout the entire college process,extending the practice bases,business guidance and so on.Therefore,the practical abilities and the interdisciplinary knowledge of liberal arts students can be improved,which will enhance the overall competitiveness of their employment.
