摘 要:油纸绝缘的老化会引起其极化/去极化特征量发生改变,为了利用极化/去极化特征来定量分析油纸系统的老化状态,提出采用极化/去极化电量差斜率计算绝缘纸电导率的方法,首先在实验室测试了不同老化油纸绝缘样本的极化/去极化电流(PDC),并根据新方法计算出了不同老化样本中绝缘纸的电导率,其次将该方法计算出的电导率与根据IDAX300和Keithley静电仪测得的实验数据计算后的绝缘纸电导率进行了误差对比分析;最后运用最小二乘法求得了绝缘纸电导率与老化天数之间的定量关系。研究结果表明极化/去极化电量差斜率法计算绝缘纸电导率具有一定的有效性,绝缘纸电导率与老化天数呈指数函数关系。本研究将为量化评估油纸绝缘变压器的老化特性提供新的参考。Aging of oil paper insulation will cause polarization/depolarization characteristic changes.In order to analyze the aging state of the oil paper system by polarization/depolarization,this paper presents a method for calculating the conductivity of aging insulation paper by polarization/depolarization gradient.The polarization/depolarization current(PDC)of different aging oil paper insulation samples was tested in the laboratory,and the conductivity of insulating paper in different aging samples was calculated according to the new method.Secondly,the electrical conductivity calculated by this method was compared with the electrical conductivity of the insulating paper calculated by the experimental data obtained by the IDAX300 and the Keithley electrometer.Finally,the quantitative relationship between electrical conductivity and aging days of insulation paper was obtained by least square method.The results show that the polarization/depolarization gradient method is effective in calculating the conductivity of insulation paper.The conductivity of insulating paper is exponential with the aging days.This research provides a new reference for quantifying the aging characteristics of oil paper insulation transformer.
