精准资助路径下地方高校贫困生就业成本的五维分析

摘　　要：通过选取两所地方高校,对即将毕业的高校贫困生在2018年2月—2019年12月期间进行问卷样本分析,将高校贫困生的就业成本主要分为经济、时间、精力、机会以及人际关系五个维度。这五个维度的就业成本之间互相影响,综合制约着高校贫困生就业的整体状况。要精准、有效缓解这种就业压力,应该从高校贫困生自身、用人单位、学校以及政府四个主体角度着手,精准有效地降低高校贫困生就业成本,促进其顺利就业。The paper analyzed the questionnaire samples of the graduating impoverished students from two local universities from February 2018 to December 2019 and summed up five dimensions of the employ-ment costs of impoverished college students:economy,time,energy,opportunity and interpersonal relation-ship.The employment costs of five dimensions affect each other and comprehensively constrain the overall employment situation of impoverished college students.To alleviate the employment pressure,we could start from the four main aspects:impoverished college students themselves,employers,schools and the govern-ment to reduce precisely and effectively the employment costs and promote successful employment.
