汽车涂装二次流痕问题浅析

摘　　要：列举了汽车涂装过程中二次流痕普发的几类现象,针对二次流痕的典型案例进行原因分析,并制定相应的整改方案,使二次流痕问题得到有效改善。文章所得的结果可为汽车涂装过程中的流痕问题提供解决方法和理论依据,同时为车型设计及制造过程提供经验,具有一定的工程应用价值。Several kinds of phenomena of secondary flow marks in the process of automobile painting were listed.The reasons for the typical case of secondary flow marks were analyzed,and the corresponding rectification plan were formulated to effectively improve the problem of secondary flow marks.The results obtained in the paper can provide solutions and theoretical basis for the problem of flow marks in automotive painting process.At the same time,it provides experience in vehicle design and manufacturing process and have certain engineering application value.
