摘　　要：目的:提高抗新型冠状病毒药物在儿童患者中应用的安全性及合理性。方法:查阅相关文献资料,从药物剂型的选择、儿童应用的年龄限制、剂量、对肝肾功能影响、不良反应、相互作用、使用方法等内容进行全面的分析总结。结果:针对儿童这类特殊人群,临床药师给出了合理的用药建议。结论:用于抗新型冠状病毒的治疗药物在小儿中应加强药学监护,确保小儿用药的安全性、合理性。OBJECTIVE To improve the safety and rationality of anti-novel coronavirus drugs in pediatric patients.METHODS The related literatures were reviewed,and the selection of drug dosage form,age limit of application in children,dosage,effect on liver and kidney function,adverse reactions,interaction and method of application were comprehensively analyzed and summarized.RESULTS For special populations like children,clinical pharmacists offered reasonable medication recommendations.CONCLUSION To ensure the safety and rationality of medication in children,pharmaceutical care should be strengthened in treatment of COVID-19 in children.
