医护人员和公众对药学服务经历与了解情况研究

摘　　要：目的:了解医护人员和公众对药师所提供药学服务的经历与了解情况。方法:通过问卷对医护人员和公众进行横断面研究。结果:医生、护士和公众经历过药师所提供的不同药学服务的比例分别为65.37%±16.65%(32.50%~86.19%)、60.04%±16.13%(29.86%~87.24%)、49.48%±15.48%(24.78%~77.16%);了解的比例分别为63.80%±7.68%(49.29%~74.29%)、60.20%±8.02%(46.14%~74.91%)、55.04%±6.59%(44.46%~67.84%);医生卷Pearson系数为0.694,护士卷0.724,公众卷0.737;药学服务是否与患者直接接触、是否需要团队合作、是否与调剂相关以及调查对象人口学特征对医生、护士和公众的经历和了解程度具有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:医护人员和公众对我国药师所提供的不同药学服务经历和了解情况均有一定差异,且并不全面,经历与了解程度呈强正相关;药学服务是否与患者直接接触、是否需要团队合作、是否与调剂相关以及调查对象人口学特征对其经历和了解程度具有一定影响。OBJECTIVE To understand the experience and understanding of medical staff and the public about pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacists.METHODS A cross-sectional study of health care workers and the public was conducted by questionnaire.RESULTS The percentages of doctors,nurses and the public who had experienced different pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacists were 65.37%±16.65%(32.50%-86.19%),60.04%±16.13%(29.86%-87.24%)and 49.48%±15.48%(24.78%-77.16%)respectively,and the percentages of understanding were 63.80%±7.68%(49.29%-74.29%),60.20%±8.02%(46.14%-74.91%),55.04%±6.59%(44.46%-67.84%)for doctors,nurses and the public,respectively.The Pearson coefficients for the doctors,nurses and the public were 0.694,0.724,0.737,respectively.There were significant differences in the experience and understanding of doctors,nurses and the public about whether pharmaceutical care had direct contact with patients,whether it needed team cooperation,whether it was related to understanding,and the demographic characteristics of the respondents(P<0.01).CONCLUSION There are some differences in the experience and understanding of medical staff and the public for the different pharmaceutical care provided by the pharmacists in China,and their experience and understanding remains incomprehensive.Besides,the experience and understanding are positively correlated.Whether pharmaceutical care has direct contact with patients,whether it needs team cooperation,whether it is related to understanding,and demographic characteristics of the respondents have an impact on their experiences and understanding.
