摘 要:生活污泥产生量极大,将其热解制备污泥炭作为吸附材料是资源化的重要途径.通过改性提高污泥炭的吸附性能,拓展应用领域,具有重要的现实意义.利用天津市某污水处理厂脱水污泥制备污泥炭,并通过草酸改性从物理、化学两方面同时提升其吸附性能,并分析机理.改性后的污泥炭对甲基橙污染物的吸附量为18.84 mg·g^-1,较改性前提升了33%,效果显著,而且具有用量小、吸附速率高等优点,应用前景广阔.在此基础上,通过分析测试、动力学分析研究、等温吸附过程研究验证了改性前后吸附机制由物理吸附为主,单层与多层吸附并存转变为多种吸附机制并存,以配位作用和静电作用为主,并存物理吸附,为进一步深入理论和应用研究提供了依据.It is an important way to make municipal sludge carbon as adsorption material by pyrolysis for its very large production quantity. It is of great practical significance to improve the adsorption performance of sludge carbon by modification and expand its application field. In this paper, the sludge from urban sewage treatment plant in Tianjin was used to prepare sludge carbon, the adsorption performance was improved both physically and chemically by oxalic acid modification, and the mechanism was analyzed. The adsorption capacity of the modified sludge carbon to methyl orange was 18.84 mg · g^-1 with remarkable effect, which was 33% higher than that of before modification. The modified sludge carbon has the advantages of small dosage, high adsorption rate and wide application prospect. On this basis, it was verified that the adsorption mechanism before and after modification changes from physical adsorption, single-layer and multi-layer adsorption coexist to a variety of adsorption mechanisms coexist, mainly coordination and electrostatic action, coexist physical adsorption, which provides a basis for further theoretical and application research, through analysis and test, kinetic analysis and isothermal adsorption process research.
