摘  要:飞凤山低中放固体废物处置场滑坡属多层滑坡,2013—2014年历经数次整治,多次修建防滑工程后均未达到预期效果,2014年下半年再次发生局部变形,一旦已建抗滑工程的链式失效将直接危及处置场的安全运营,须进一步整治并达到根治的目的。为此,基于野外地质调查,并结合现场试验和钻探资料对滑坡的基本特征及成因机制进行分析,在此基础上提出综合整治措施。结果表明:滑坡具有三级滑动特点,分为浅层覆盖层滑坡和深层基岩滑坡,泥质页岩的富水性、层间错动形成破碎带最终形成深层滑面;前期勘察和设计对复杂的地质结构认识不足以及强降雨是滑坡的诱发因素;整治工程重点在固脚强腰,截排引流,深层阻滑和浅层抗滑相结合。该滑坡的成因机理和整治措施为类似滑坡险情出现时的应急处置和根治提供了可靠的借鉴经验。The landslide of the low-and intermediate-level radioactive solid waste disposal site of Feifeng Mountain is a multi-layer landslide.It has been treated several times from 2013 to 2014 and the expected effect has not been achieved after many anti-landslide projects were built.In the second half of 2014,local deformation occurred again.Once the chained mode of the existing anti-landslide projects loses effectiveness,it will directly endanger the safe operation of the disposal site.Further treatment is required to achieve the goal of radical cure.Therefore,based on the field geological survey and combined with field tests and drilling data,the basic characteristics and cause mechanism of the landslide were analyzed and the comprehensive treatment measures were put forward on this basis.Results show that the landslide has the ClassⅢsliding characteristics,divided into shallow overburden landslide and deep bedrock landslide.The water-rich and interlayer dislocation of argillaceous shales formed the fracture zone and finally formed the deep sliding surface.Lack of understanding of complex geological structures in the early exploration and design and heavy rainfall are the factors that induce landslides.The focus of treatment projects is to stablish the foot and strengthen the slope half;to intercept,discharge and drain,and to combine of deep-layer slide-resistance and shallow-layer anti-slide.Cause mechanism and treatment measures of the landslide provide a reliable reference for emergency treatment and radical cure of similar landslide risks.
