摘　　要：以重庆市市政设计研究院研发基地工程为背景,通过对该工程旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工过程的重、难点进行总结,结合现阶段旋挖作业常见的质量通病和技术难题,对高回填地区旋挖钻孔灌注桩的施工特点及控制要点进行了分析,并提出了部分对策和建议。工程实践证明,这些措施取得了良好的综合效益,有效地提高了施工质量和进度,对于其他类似地质情况的旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工具有很好的借鉴意义。Based on the research and development base project of Chongqing Municipal Design and Research Institute,through the summary of the key and difficult points in the construction process of rotary bored piles,combined with the comm on quality problems and tech nical problems in curre nt rotary diggi ng operatio n,the constructio n characteristics and control points of rotary bored pile in high backfill area are analyzed,and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The engin eeri ng practice proves that these measures achieve good comprehensive ben efits,effectively improve the construction quality and progress,and have a good reference for the construction of rotary bored pile in other similar geological conditions.
