摘　　要：嗜乳脂蛋白(BTN)基因是一组主要的组织相容性复合体相关基因,嗜乳脂蛋白第三亚家族成员一(BTN3A1)是BTN家族7个成员之一,在多种疾病的病理生理、发生发展过程中具有重要作用,可以通过调节T细胞的免疫功能抑制抗肿瘤的发生发展。目前对BTN3A1与肿瘤的主要研究集中在血液系统疾病,但已有研究表明,其与部分实体肿瘤有一定联系。本文旨在总结BTN3A1在各种疾病中的作用,并作一综述。Butyrophilin(BTN)gene is a group of major histocompatibility complex(MHC)related genes.Butyrophilin subfamily 3 member A1 gene(BTN3A1)is one of the 7 members of the BTN family,which plays an important role in the pathophysiology,occurrence and development of many diseases.It can inhibit the development of anti-tumor by regulating the immune function of T cells.At present,the study on BTN3A1 and tumor is mainly focused on hematological diseases,but some studies have shown that there is relationship between BTN3A1 and some solid tumors.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the role of BTN3A1 in various diseases.
