摘 要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)的爆发已被世界卫生组织(WHO)宣布为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件。由于该病毒具有较强的传染性,已在中国多个地区流行。到目前为止,已有多个国家报告了新型冠状病毒(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)感染病例,全球流行成为大概率事件。笔者系统地收集整理了全国多地抗疫一线在智能医学应用方面的经验,并结合目前国内外关于抗击新冠肺炎疫情防控原则的最新文献和循证医学证据,制订本专家共识,重点介绍在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,智能医学在预防、预警、监控、隔离、治疗等方面的应用,为新冠肺炎的防控及治疗提供参考。The outbreak of the novel coronavirus(SARS-COV-2)has been declared a public health emergency of international concern by World Health Organization(WHO).Due to the characteristic of highly infectious,SARS-COV-2 has spread throughout China and beyond.So far,based on the fact that many countries have reported SARS-COV-2 infection cases,SARS-COV-2 may ultimately cause a global pandemic.By systematically collecting and collating the experience of intelligent medical application in the frontlines of epidemic prevention in the country,combining the latest literature and evidence-based medical evidence on the principles of prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)at home and abroad,the authors put forward this expert consensus,focusing on the application of intelligent medicine in prevention,early warning,monitoring,quarantine,and treatment during the prevention and control of COVID-19,to provide reference for COVID-19 prevention and control and treatment.
