摘　　要：滇南彝族传统禁忌文化既是一种兼具法律和宗教性质的社会规范,也是一种具有宗教性和世俗性的道德行为规范。就其形式和内容而言,有图腾、语言、食物、生产、生活、婚恋、丧葬等禁忌方面内容。滇南彝族的这些传统禁忌文化在他们的日常生产生活中兼具积极的和消极的正负社会功能,因而我们去芜存精,古为今用,对其中积极的、正能量的禁忌文化应进一步挖掘和传承且培育和践行,在滇南彝族乡村自治、法治、德治“三治合一”的综合治理以及乡村振兴战略实施建设中发挥积极作用。The traditional taboo culture of the Yi nationality in southern Yunnan is not only a social norm with both legal and religious characteristics,but also a moral and religious norm with morality.As far as its form and content are concerned,it has taboo contents such as totem,language,food,food,production,life,marriage,funeral,etc.These traditional taboo cultures of the Yi nationality in southern Yunnan have both positive and negative social functions in their daily production and life.Therefore,we should remove fakes and save essence,and use them for the past.The positive and positive taboo cultures should be further explored and Inheritance,cultivation and practice,play an active role in the comprehensive management of the"three governance and one"of the rural autonomy,rule of law,and rule of law of the southern Yunnan Yi nationality,and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
