摘　　要：《陈素庵妇科补解》为中医妇科古籍经典,其治未病思想丰富。在调经方面提出经行谨慎,周密调护,未病先防;妇人诸病常用平和调经之法,巧用风药轻清通畅之性,此为调经防变。在安胎方面提倡按月逐经养胎,注重情志调护与孕期胎教,安胎用药补血滋阴,重用四物加减化裁。在围产调护方面指出临产时当因势利导,行气滑胎为主,可预服催生如意散及兔脑催生丹,以促胎产,防久产不下,生死反掌;产后多虚多瘀,宜产后即服保生锭子及桃姜煎逐瘀生新,谨防三冲危证,用药补而不滞,慎峻削寒涩及性猛走窜之品,且强调将养得宜,防蓐劳之疾。陈素痷的治未病思想贯穿于妇人经带胎产的各个时期,其见解独到,发人深思,值得临床学习借鉴。CHEN Su-an Gynecology Supplement and Explanation is a classic of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology.There is wealth of thoughts in preventive treatment of disease,such as prudence in menstrual period to prevent disease,CHEN Su-an treated gynaopathy by menstruation,he was good at wind drug for preventing illness from getting worse.In pregnancy protection,CHEN Su-an advocated to protect pregnancy by monthly,He often pay attention to emotional nursing and prenatal education;his drug based on Siwu decoeton to nourish blood.In perinatal care,he pointed out that woman eat Cuisheng Ruyi Powder and Tunan Cuisheng Pill in advance to promote the labor and prevent death.The woman's body will be weaken after labor,so postpartum women should take Baosheng Dianzi and Taojiang Decoctron to promote ecchymosis decline and blood production.Baosheng Dianzi and Taojiang Decoctron also can prevent Sanchong crisis.CHEN Su-an asked us not to use cold or migratory medicine and advocated that postpartum women can prevent Rulao by healthy lifestyle.CHEN Su-an's thought of preventing treatment of disease runs through every period of menstruation,leucorrhea,pregnancy and childbirth.The thought is unique and makes people think deeply,it is worth to be learned.
