生肌象皮膏“恋邪”作用对兔皮肤疮面的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨生肌象皮膏"恋邪"作用对兔皮肤疮面的影响。方法:40只日本大耳白兔平均分为空白生肌组、醋酸凡士林组、醋酸生肌浅组、醋酸生肌深组4组。观察换药期间白兔大体状况、血白细胞水平及疮面组织病理变化。结果:观察期间醋酸生肌浅组白兔死亡率最高,各组中仅醋酸生肌浅组最小体质量与同组第0天比较存在统计学意义;第12天醋酸生肌浅组白细胞水平达(16.35±2.87)×10~9/L,与其余各组最大值比较差异有统计学意义;醋酸生肌浅组第4、8天和第12天病理提示为坏死性筋膜炎,且坏死深度随时间逐渐加深。结论:当疮面存在"邪"时,如疮面缺血或相对缺血且生肌象皮膏不能直接与疮面基底血运发生"药疮交互"作用时则可发生"恋邪"。Objective:This research aimed at exploring the effects of Shengji Xiangpi Plaster’s Lianxie to cutaneous wounds of rabbits.Methods:40 rabbits were randomly and evenly divided into four groups:the blank group;acetic acid and Vaseline group;acetic acid and Shengji Xiangpi plaster superficial group;acetic acid and Shengji Xiangpi plaster deep group.Then,the general health condition of these rabbits,the white blood cell(WBC)account and the pathological changes of the wound surface were observed.Results:The acetic acid and Shengji Xiangpi plaster superficial group had the highest death rate and the survived rabbits in this group lost weight sharply.The minimum body weight difference between the survived rabbits and day 0 rabbits in acetic acid and Shengji Xiangpi plaster superficial group was statistically significant.On the 12th day,the WBC accounts of rabbits in acetic acid and Shengji Xiangpi plaster superficial group reached(16.35±2.87)×109/L and the difference between it and other groups was statistically significant.The pathological changes of acetic acid and Shengji Xiangpi plaster superficial group on the 4th day,8th day and 12th day proved necrotizing fasciitis and the necrosis gradually aggravated with time.Conclusion:When there are"harmful factors"in the sore surface,such as ischemia of the sore or relative ischemia of the sore and the Shengji Xiangpi plaster can`t directly interact with the blood circulation in the sore basement,then Lianxie can occur.
