摘 要:目的:通过网络药理学分析藿朴夏苓汤的成分、靶点及其潜在的作用机制,探讨其对新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗作用。方法:通过TCMSP搜集藿朴夏苓汤组方的活性成分及靶点,运用STRING数据库进行蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用分析,使用Cytoscape 3.6.0软件构建网络,并进行模块化、拓扑学分析筛选关键靶点,将筛选到的关键靶点导入DAVID数据库,进行GO功能富集分析和KEGG通路富集分析。结果:藿朴夏苓汤的11味中药含71个活性成分235个靶点,蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络具有4个模块,筛选出41个关键靶点,GO功能富集分析涉及72个条目,KEGG通路富集分析涉及73个通路。结论:藿朴夏苓汤的成分具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗肺纤维化的作用,可能通过调控肿瘤坏死因子信号通路、Toll样受体信号通路、NOD样受体信号通路、HIF-1信号通路等发挥对新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗作用。Objective:To explore the components,targets and potential mechanisms of Huopu Xialing Decoction based on network pharmacology,and analysis of its treatment for COVID-19.Methods:The active components and targets of Huopu Xialing Decoction were collected by TCMSP,the protein-protein interaction was analyzed by STRING database,and the network was constructed by Cytoscape 3.6.0 software,then carrying out modularized and topological analysis to screen the key targets.The key targets were imported into DAVID database for GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Results:The Huopu Xialing Decoction consist of 11 herbs,which containing 71 active components and 235 targets.The protein-protein interaction network has 4 modules,41 key targets were screened out,72 items were involved in GO function enrichment analysis,73 pathways were involved in KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Conclusion:The active components of Huopo Xialing Decoction could be anti-inflammatory,immunomodulation,and antipulmonary fibrosis.It may treat COVID-19 by regulating TNF signaling pathway,Toll-like receptor signaling pathway,NOD-like receptor signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway.
