摘  要:在油田的开发生产过程中,抽油机井节能潜力很大,特别是很多的电动机存在“大马拉小车”、低效运行状态,造成能源浪费。电动机负载率对电动机效率与能耗有直接影响。通过分析给出电动机最佳运行时负载率变化范围,结合单井情况,采取相应措施调整电动机负载率,试验应用节能控制箱根据抽油机自身运动变化,实时检测电动机负载率变化,实时调整电动机输入电压和负载电流,降低了电动机自身损耗,进而提高电动机效率,降低单井能耗。In the process of oilfield development and production,there is a great potential for energy saving in pumping wells,especially in many electric motors,which are in the state of"big horse pulling small car",low efficiency operation,resulting in waste of energy consumption.The load rate of the motor has a direct effect on its efficiency and energy consumption.The range of load rate change in the optimal operation of the motor is given.Combined with the situation of a single well,phase application measures are taken to adjust the load rate of the motor.According to the motion law of the pumping unit itself,the energy-saving control box is used in the test to detect the change of the load rate of the motor in real time,adjust the input voltage and load current of the motor in real time,reduce the loss of the motor itself,improve the efficiency of the motor,and reduce the load current Single well energy consumption.
