摘  要:萨北油田分层注水井经常因为测试遇阻导致重配作业,这不但会导致注水井停注引起产量下降,还会造成大量的人力、物力消耗,增加作业成本。针对该问题,对测试遇阻问题井发生的原因进行了分析,并从工艺和管理的角度给出了相应的针对性治理措施。通过注水井现场应用实例,证明了这些措施可有效降低测试遇阻问题井的发生率,增加单井注水量、提高油田产量,节约了重配引起的电能、油料消耗,可大幅度减少重配施工费用和井下工具费用,可节约单井重配费用2.96万元,对油田节能降本、提高经济效益作用显著。The layered water injection wells in the Sabei Oilfield often cause redistribution operations due to test resistance.It will not only cause the water injection wells to stop injection and reduce production,but also cause a lot of labor and material consumption,and increase operating costs.In order to solve this problem,the reasons for the test resistance are analyzed,and corresponding targeted governance measures are given from the perspective of technology and management.Through field application examples of water injection wells,proved that these measures can effectively reduce the incidence of test resistance.They can increase the water injection volume and increase the oilfield production.And they can not only save electricity and oil consumption caused by redistribution operations,but also greatly reduce operating costs and downhole tool costs.They can save costs of 29600 yuan for each well.For the oilfield,they have a significant effect on energy conservation,cost reduction and improvement of economic benefits.
