高血压调节体质三级预防方案探析

摘　　要：原发性高血压是以体循环动脉压升高为主要临床表现的心血管综合征。自20世纪50年代以来,中国高血压患病率呈逐年攀升态势,虽治疗率尚可,但是知晓率和控制率都很低,然而高血压一旦发生,难以治愈,久患易引起心、脑、肾等多靶器官损害,最终导致死亡,所以将高血压的防控关口前移至关重要。中医体质学三级预防理论的提出,为高血压的防治提供了简便、可行的方法,结合现有防控手段探讨高血压体质三级预防方案,以求在高血压的防治中做到调体拒邪、调体防病、调体防变。Essential hypertension is a cardiovascular syndrome characterized by elevated systemic arterial pressure.Since the 1950s of 20 centry,the prevalence of hypertension in China has been increasing year by year.Although the treatment rate is acceptable,the awareness rate and control rate are very low.Once hypertension occurs,it is difficult to cure,and it is easy to cause heart disease,damage to multiple target organs such as the brain eventually leads to death,so it is important to move the prevention and control of high blood pressure.The introduction of the three-level prevention theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution provides a simple and feasible method for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Now combined with the existing prevention and control methods,we explore the three-level prevention program of hypertension,in order to achieve adjustment in the prevention and treatment of hypertension,including balance the body to inhibit evil-qi,balance the body to prevent disease,and balance the body to improve the progress of the disease.
