依帕司他联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨依帕司他联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月的70例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者作为研究对象。将单一应用依帕司他的35例患者当作对照组,将联合应用依帕司他、硫辛酸的35例患者当作研究组。比较2组的治疗效果及周围神经传导速度。结果比较2组的临床疗效,研究组高于对照组;比较周围神经传导速度改善情况,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of epalrestat combined with lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Seventy patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The 35 patients treated with epalrestat alone were used as the control group,and the 35 patients treated with epalrestat and lipoic acid were used as the study group.The treatment effect and peripheral nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the study group was higher than the control group;compared with the improvement of peripheral nerve conduction velocity,the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Epalrestat combined with lipoic acid is effective in diabetic peripheral neuropathy and deserves to be promoted.
