延续护理干预运用于糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析延续护理干预应用于糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析中的效果。方法从该院2018年4—11月期间接受血液透析治疗的患者中选取其中54例作为该次研究对象,分为两组,其中2018年4—7月27例为对照组,给予常规护理;2018年8—11月27例为观察组,在常规护理基础上给予延续护理干预,比较不同护理模式下两组患者的生存质量和并发症发生情况。结果护理后对照组患者生存质量状况各项评分均低于观察组,并发症发生率29.63%(8/27)高于观察组患者11.11%(3/27),均存在明显差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论延续护理干预应用于糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析中,可有效提高患者生存质量,减少并发症的发生,值得在糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析的临床护理中推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention in the maintenance hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods From the patients who received hemodialysis in the hospital from April to November 2018,54 cases were selected as the research object and divided into two groups,of which 27 cases were from April to July 2018 as the control group,given routine care;27 cases from August to November 2018 as the observation group,and continued care intervention was given on the basis of routine care.The quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared under different care modes.Results The quality of life scores of patients in the control group after nursing were lower than those in the observation group,and the complication rate was 29.63%(8/27)higher than that in the observation group,11.11%(3/27),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention applied to the maintenance hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical nursing of diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis.
