联络护士在慢性病临床管理中的应用对提升护理质量的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析联络护士在慢性病临床管理中的应用对提升护理质量的价值。方法纳入2019年1月~2019年6月我院大内科慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者共120例为研究对象,按照简单随机分组法分为观察组与对照组各60例。其中对照组采取常规慢性病护理干预方案,观察组以常规方案建立联络护士主导的护理模式。对比两组患者的自我管理依从性、焦虑抑郁评分及满意度差异。结果两组患者干预前的焦虑抑郁得分无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组焦虑抑郁得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我管理依从性与护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联络护士在临床COPD患者管理中具有改善心理状态与院外自我管理依从性价值,患者满意度高。Objective To analyze the value of the application of contact nurses in the clinical management of chronic diseases in improving the quality of nursing.Methods From January 2019 to June 2019,120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were enrolled in our hospital.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each.Among them,the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention plan for chronic diseases,and the observation group established the nursing mode dominated by liaison nurses.The differences of self-management compliance,anxiety and depression scores and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of self-management compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Contact nurses have the value of improving psychological state and self-management compliance outside hospital in the management of COPD patients,and patients'satisfaction is high.
