摘  要:针对水库多目标优化调度问题,采用改进的烟花算法求解带自适应罚函数的水库多目标优化调度数学模型。针对传统烟花算法爆炸半径计算方法在算法运行后期可能出现最优烟花爆炸半径为零的问题,引入自适应动态爆炸半径以平衡算法在解空间的全局及局部搜索能力;针对传统烟花算法位移变异操作的不足,改进其位移变异操作,以提高算法局部搜索的多样性。以山西省汾河水库为例,考虑无引调水和引黄入汾两种情景,分别给出不同情景下汾河水库的调度方案。实例结果表明,模型优化后的各月缺水率平方和比实际降低了66.13%;水库年总发电量比实际发电量提高了22.39%;引黄入汾调水工程的建立可进一步综合提高汾河水库的供水效益和经济效益。The mathematical model of multi-objective optimal operation of reservoir with adaptive penalty function is solved by the improved fireworks algorithm.In view of the fact that the explosion radius of the traditional fireworks algorithm may be zero in the later stage,the adaptive dynamic radius is introduced to balance the global and local search ability of the algorithm.The displacement mutation operation in the traditional fireworks algorithm is improved to increase the diversity of the local search.Taking Fenhe Reservoir in Shanxi Province as an example,two different scenarios of no water diversion and diversion from the Yellow River to the Fenhe River are considered,and the scheduling schemes of the Fenhe Reservoir under different scenarios are obtained respectively.The results show that the sum of squares for the total water shortage rate in each month is 66.13%lower than that in practice,and the power generation of the Fenhe Reservoir is 22.39% higher than that of the actual power generation,and the establishment of the water diversion project from the Yellow River to the Fenhe River can comprehensively improve the water supply efficiency and economic benefits of the Fenhe Reservoir.
