摘  要:油田生产中通常以单井为对象进行抽油机、抽油泵及冲程、冲次等工作制度优化,确保系统效率最高、能量消耗最低。对运行管理而言,往往需要快速、准确测算不同采油单位或不同类型油藏的合理能耗,为采油系统能耗指标分配或管理水平考核评比等提供依据。常规的、基于单井优化的测算方法,工作量大,工作效率较低,无法满足矿场需求。为此,本文将某类油藏涵盖的具有相近属性的一批抽油机井的集合进行综合考虑,建立反映该类油藏特征的标准模型,确定其机采系统消耗的有用功以及相应的合理系统效率,从而明确该类油藏的合理总能耗。该方法弱化了单个抽油机井的工况特征,更多体现了某类油藏的宏观特征,可较好地应用于不同类型油藏之间进行横向对比和能耗管控,较好地满足矿场运行管理的需求。In oilfield production,we usually use single well as the object to optimize work system of pumping unit,defueling pump as well as stroke length and jig frequency,in order to ensure highest efficiency and lowest energy consumption.For operational management,it is usually needed to fast and accurately measure and calculate reasonable energy consumption of various oil recovery units or various types of reservoir,so as to provide a basis for energy consumption index allocation and management level appraisal of oil recovery system.The conventional measurement and calculation method based on single well optimization has great work amount and relatively low work efficiency,failing to meet the requirements of the oilfield.For this reason,by comprehensively considering a collection of oil pumping wells with similar properties covered by a certain kind of reservoirs,the paper sets up the standard model to reflect the characteristics of that sort of reservoirs,and ascertains the effective work consumed by the mechanical recovery system and its reasonable efficiency,thus to identify the reasonable total energy consumption of such reservoirs.The method weakens the characteristics of working condition for single oil pumping well,and reflects more macro-characteristics of a certain sort of reservoirs.It can be well used in various kinds of reservoir to implement horizontal comparison and energy consumption control and satisfy the requirements of oilfield management.
