摘 要:在当前国内油田企业推进油公司建设、推行油藏经营管理之际,加强对油田企业盈亏平衡油价分类与应用探索分析,具有重要的指导性和针对性。企业盈亏平衡价格是决定油气生产商是否盈利的门槛价格,盈亏平衡价格对应的油气成本即为盈亏平衡成本。低油价下,油田企业借助对单井、管理区、采油厂和分公司的盈亏平衡价格差异现状和原因剖析,有助于油田企业的绩效分类管理、资产组合优化和经营提质提效,有利于油藏经营储量价值最大化和效益实现最优化目标的量化实现,反映油田价值引领的管理目标和经营诉求。As Chinese oilfield enterprises are pushing for corporate governance and reservoir management,it is of great guidance and pertinence to strengthen the analysis of break-even oil price classification and application in oilfield enterprises.Enterprise break-even price is the threshold price determining if oil and gas producer can make profit,and the oil and gas cost corresponding to break-even price is the break-even cost.Under low oil price,oilfield enterprises,by the analysis of the break-even price difference and its reason among every single well,block,production plant and subsidiary,can carry out classified management on their performance,optimize the enterprise portfolio,improve operational efficiency,maximize the reserve value,realize the best efficiency and quantitative targets,and finally achieve the value guidance,management objectives and business requirements in oilfield operation.
