用大黄米醋敷脐法对化疗后便秘的白血病患儿进行治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:用大黄米醋敷脐法对化疗后便秘的白血病患儿进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2016年2月至2017年2月期间在无锡市儿童医院接受化疗后发生便秘的60例白血病患儿作为研究对象。将这60例患儿分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对两组患儿均进行化疗。在此期间,对两组患儿均使用腹部按摩法进行治疗。在此基础上,对研究组患儿使用大黄米醋敷脐法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,与对照组患儿相比,研究组患儿治疗的总有效率更高,P<0.05。结论:用大黄米醋敷脐法对化疗后便秘的白血病患儿进行治疗的效果显著。objective:to study the clinical effect of applying rhubarb rice vinegar to umbilicus in the treatment of children with leukemia with constipation after chemotherapy.Methods:60 children with leukemia who developed constipation after chemotherapy in wuxi children’s hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were studied.The 60 children were divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30).The two groups of children were treated with chemotherapy.During this period,the two groups of children were treated with abdominal massage.On this basis,the children in the study group were treated by applying rhubarb rice vinegar to their umbilicus.Then,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the method of applying rhubarb rice vinegar to umbilicus is effective in the treatment of children with leukemia with constipation after chemotherapy.
