摘　　要：新时期的高校教育中,人才培养不再仅局限于文化知识和专业技能提升,培养全面发展的高素质人才已成为高校教育的目标,因此体育教学的重要性在高校中日益凸显。在高校体育教学中,田径运动是其他各项体育运动的基础,田径教学质量很大程度上影响体育教学的效果,但是目前来看,高校田径教学在教学观念、内容、形式、考核等方面都面临较大困境,田径教学效果不佳,因此分析高校田径教学的困境并研究应对策略有重要的现实意义。In the new era of college education,talent cultivation is no longer limited to the promotion of cultural knowledge and professional skills.It has become the goal of college education to cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development,so the importance of physical education is increasingly prominent in Colleges and universities.In college physical education,track and field is the basis of other sports,and the quality of track and field teaching greatly affects the effect of physical education.However,at present,the teaching of track and field in Colleges and universities is facing great difficulties in terms of teaching concept,content,form and assessment,and the effect of track and field teaching is not good.Therefore,it is important to analyze the difficulties of track and field teaching in Colleges and universities and study countermeasures.
