摘  要:本文由一堂无锡市优质课--羽毛球正手击高远球入手,通过观察,发现上课教师的教学设计,尤其是对场地器材的布置,教学步骤的推进很有想法和新意,而且最重要的是,课堂上呈现出了学习的实效性。通过反思,笔者总结出从目标具体,指标量化;差异入手,点滴培养;内外联动,打破壁垒这3个方面入手,可以激发起学生的学习内驱力,提高课堂教学实效。This paper starts with a high-quality class in wuxi——badminton forehand hitting high ball.Through observation,it is found that the teaching design of the class teachers,especially the layout of the venue equipment and the promotion of teaching steps are very creative and innovative.Moreover,the most important thing is that the class presents the effectiveness of learning.Through ref lection,the author summarizes from the target specif ic,index quantif ication;Start with the difference,drip c ulture;Internal and e xternal linkage,break the three aspects of the barrier,can stimulate students'learning drive,improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
