摘 要:随着中国经济的快速发展以及面临国际环境的变化,中国国家主席习近平于2013年提出了"一带一路"倡议,以更好地适应国际形势的变化与挑战。"一带一路"倡议提出的实践证明:"一带一路"倡议不仅受到越来越多国家和国际组织的欢迎,而且还促进和深化了中国与"一带一路"相关国家的合作,并取得了很大成就。但也应看到,东北亚地区并未被纳入到"一带一路"倡议中,从经略周边的意义出发,积极推进"一带一路"框架下的东北亚各国之间的协同合作,不仅有助于构建中国稳定安全的周边环境,也有助于推动东北亚各国的经济发展。With the rapid development of China's economy and changes of international environment,in order to adapt to the changes and challenges of international situation better,President Xi Jinping put forward"The Belt and Road"initiative in 2013.The practice of"The Belt and Road"initiative has proved that it is not only welcomed by more countries and international organizations,but also promotes and deepens the cooperation between China and countries related with"The Belt and Road",which has made great achievements.But we also have noticed that Northeast Asia has not been included into"The Belt and Road"initiative.Considering the significance of planning and controlling peripheries,actively promoting cooperation among Northeast Asian countries under the framework of"The Belt and Road"will not only help to build stability and safety of Chinese peripheral environment,but also help to promote economic development of Northeast Asian countries.
