摘 要:众所周知,运动员的心境状态对于最终的比赛结果会产生巨大的影响,而在日常的训练活动当中,同样可以通过科学的手法,帮助运动员获得更强的心境状态,使得他们产生自信的心境状态,并且能够直面挫折与困难。本围绕着这一论点展开了相应的论述,首先探讨了心境状态的概念及其必要性,随后详细分析了网球训练对运动员心境状态的具体影响分为积极的和消极的2个方面,最后提出了具体的训练措施和把控办法。It is well known that the mood state of athletes will have a huge impact on the f inal results of the competition.In daily training activities,it can also help athletes get a stronger mood state through scientif ic methods,so that they can have a conf ident mood state,and face setbacks and diff iculties directly.This paper focuses on this argument,f irst discusses the concept and necessity of mood state,then analyzes in detail the specif ic impact of tennis training on mood state of athletes,including positive and negative aspects,and f inally puts forward specif ic training measures and control methods.
