摘  要:随着我国素质教育的不断发展与改革,高校的体育健身项目越来越丰富,现如今很多健美操教学受到了很多高校学生的喜爱。健美操教学对学生的柔韧性及平衡性的要求比较高,帮助学生塑造良好的体形。本文首先对在大学健美操教学中渗透人文教育的意义,其次对当前高校健美操教学中存在的问题分析,最后从5个方面给出了人文素质教育在高校健美操教学中的渗透策略,以供专业人士交流参考。With the continuous development and reform of quality education in our countr y,the physical f itness program in colleges and universities is more and more abundant,and now many aerobics teaching is loved by many college students.Aerobics teaching requires relatively high f lexibility and balance to students,helping students to shape a good body shape.This paper f irst of all on the signif icance of inf iltration of humanities education in college aerobics teaching,secondly,the analysis of the existing problems in the current college aerobics teaching,and f inally from f ive aspects,the humanities quality education in college aerobics teaching penetration strategy,for professionals to exchange reference.
