摘　　要：吹枪在云南是苗族民众喜欢而且经常开展的一项传统体育活动。本文从介绍了吹枪运动的历史文化、比赛的构成、开展现状和影响吹枪运动的因素等几方面来对吹枪运动进行探讨,从促进吹枪运动的发展的视角出发,把提高吹枪运动员的运动成绩定为目的。系统地对吹枪运动项目进行探讨,结合前人对吹枪运动的研究的整理和自己多年的吹枪运动的训练给出合理的建议。Gun blowing is a traditional sports activity that Miao people like and often carry out in Yunnan.In this paper,the history and culture of gun blowing,the composition of the competition,the current situation and the factors inf luencing the gun blowing are introduced.From the perspective of promoting the development of gun blowing,the aim is to improve the performance of gun blowing athletes.This paper systematically discusses the sport of gun blowing,and gives some reasonable suggestions based on the previous research and the training of gun blowing for many years.
