摘 要:为了克服大口径平面相控阵天线扫描角增大时对信号瞬时带宽的限制,可在发射与接收通道配置实时延迟线。首先,介绍了大口径宽带相控阵雷达波束扫描对雷达瞬时带宽实现的影响;然后,说明了延迟线解决方案的原理,综述了各种类型延迟线的解决方案和优缺点,并在线性调频体制下基于移频移相的宽带收发系统原理给出了上下行链路的系统实现框图;最后,给出实验与仿真结果,验证了文中方法的有效性。When the scanning angle augments in huge-size planar phased array antenna, the instantaneous bandwidth of the signals will be restricted. In order to conquer this restriction, real time delay in T/R channel is collocated. The influence of beam scanning to the realization of radar′s instantaneous bandwidth under such a circumstance is firstly introduced, and the principle of the real time delay solution is afterward illustrated. Meanwhile all sorts of real time delay solution methods and their strong or weak points are summarized. The wideband T/R system principle is then presented based on frequency-shifting and phase-shifting in linear frequency modulation system, and the diagrams of upconvertion and downconvertion chains are unfolded, consequently the experiment and simulation results are disclosed, proving the validity of the method.
