摘 要:针对当前大型高频段地面雷达天线罩指向误差大、透波率低、结构安全和环境适应性差等技术问题,提出了一种柔性蒙皮分块金属桁架天线罩,分别从分块设计、感应电流率评估、透波窗口设计、结构仿真优化设计、张拉控制技术以及密封设计等方面阐述了该天线罩的设计方法。通过一个直径28.5 m,工作在X波段的分块金属桁架天线罩的设计实例,证明了文中所用方法的有效性,可推广应用于各类大型高频段地面雷达天线罩的研制中。In order to solve the technical problems of large high-frequency ground-based radar radome such as large steering error, low electromagnetic wave transmission rate, low structural security and environmental worthiness, a new block metal frames radome based on flexible skin is proposed. The design method of the radome is elaborated respectively from aspects such as design of block size, simulation of induced current ratio, design of electromagnetic window, structure simulation and optimization, the technique of pretension control and the sealing design. An X-band block metal frames radome with the diameter of 28.5 m is designed and manufactured, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method. The method can also be applied to the study and development of various large high-frequency ground-based radar radome.
