摘 要:分布式电源和直流配电方式为城市配电网改造工程提供了一种新出路,科学合理地评价城市配电网改造方案具有重要意义。首先构建了一套城市配电网交、直流改造综合评估的指标体系,考虑了分布式电源配置带来的不确定性影响。以区间直觉模糊数描述决策过程,结合主、客观权重模型分别计算指标权重,进而求解出综合权重,并采用改进逼近理想解排序法确定改造方案的评分方法,充分利用主、客观数据,解决决策中专家偏好模糊问题。算例对IEEE 33节点系统的交、直流改造方案进行了对比分析,验证了所提方法的合理性和可行性。Distributed generator(DG) and DC power distribution mode provide a new idea for the transformation schemes of urban distribution network(UDN). It is of great significance to evaluate the UDN transformation schemes scientifically and reasonably.Firstly, a set of index system for comprehensive evaluation of AC/DC transformation of urban distribution network is constructed,and the uncertainty impact of distributed generator configuration is considered. Interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are used to describe the decision-making process, and the subjective and objective weight models are respectively used to calculate the index weights, and then solve the comprehensive weights. The improved technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS) is used to determine the scoring method of the transformation schemes. It makes full use of subjective and objective data and solves the fuzzy problem of expert preference in decision-making. The case compares and analyzes the AC/DC transformation schemes of IEEE 33-bus system, and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
