摘 要:大蒜具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等多种生物学活性,近年来其心血管活性越来越受关注。目前国内外对大蒜有效成分的认识存在很大差异。大蒜的心血管活性主要集中在保护心肌、降低血压、调节血脂、预防动脉粥样硬化、抗心律失常等方面,但鲜见对大蒜及其有效成分抗心肌缺血作用的研究报道;对其心血管活性作用机制,主要集中在抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、保护内皮等方面,也有报道认为其作用可能与诱导体内硫化氢(H2S)生成有关,但与H2S的相关性研究还不够透彻。本文将对大蒜及其有效成分的心血管活性作用进行综述,分析目前大蒜研究中存在的问题,为其开发应用于心血管疾病提供参考。Garlic has many biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-tumor,and its cardiovascular activity is receiving more and more attention. At present,there is great difference in the understanding of the active ingredients of garlic at home and abroad. Garlic has a clear cardiovascular activity,mainly focusing on protecting heart muscle,lowering blood pressure,regulating blood lipids,preventing atherosclerosis and antiarrhythmia and so on. But the effect and mechanism study of anti-myocardial ischemia is rare,some studies have proved that the cardiovascular activity of garlic is related to the induction of hydrogen sulfide( H2S) production in vivo,but the specific mechanism of action and the correlation with H2S are not clear. In this paper,we reviewed the cardiovascular pharmacological effects of garlic and its active ingredients,analyzed current problems in garlic research,and provided reference for its application in cardiovascular diseases.
