舒芬太尼复合曲马多联合护理干预在老年患者术后镇痛中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒芬太尼复合曲马多联合护理干预在老年患者术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法选取黄冈市黄梅县中医医院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的行外科手术治疗的老年患者80例,根据抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组应用舒芬太尼进行镇痛,观察组应用舒芬太尼复合曲马联合护理干预多进行镇痛。比较两组术后2、6、12、24、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,并比较两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组术后2、6、12、24、48 h VAS评分低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼复合曲马多联合护理干预在老年患者术后镇痛中的应用效果良好,可提升镇痛效果,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention combined with tramadol and sufentanil in postoperative intravenous analgesia in elderly patients.Methods A total of 80 cases elderly patients who received surgical treatment were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 in Huangmei County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and research group according to the method of drawing lots,40 cases each of group.Sufentanil was used for analgesia in the control group,nursing intervention combined with tramadol and sufentanil were used for analgesia in the observation group.The VAS scores of the two groups were compared at 2,6,12,24 and 48 hours after operation,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was compared.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group at 2,6,12,24 and 48 hours after operation,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with tramadol and sufentanil in postoperative intravenous analgesia in elderly patients has good effect,it can improve the analgesic effect,and with high safety.
