药物联合宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫切口妊娠的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨药物联合行宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫切口妊娠的临床效果。方法择取遂宁市中心医院2018年6月—2019年5月收治的子宫切口妊娠患者94例,根据入院顺序分为药物组和手术组,各47例。药物组接受药物治疗,手术组在药物组基础上接受宫腔镜电切术治疗。比较两组临床效果、住院时间、β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)恢复时间,并观察两组并发症发生情况。结果手术组有效率高于药物组,住院时间、β-HCG恢复时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于药物组(P<0.05)。结论药物联合行宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫切口妊娠的临床效果确切,可改善患者临床症状及体征,促使患者康复,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of drug therapy combined with hysteroscopic electric resection for uterine incision pregnancy.Methods A total of 94 cases of pregnant women with uterine incision were selected from June 2018 to May 2019 in Suining Central Hospital,which were divided into drug group and operation group according to the order of admission,47 cases each of group.Drug group received drug treatment,operation group received hysteroscopic electric resection based on the drug group.The clinical effect,hospitalization time and recovery time ofβ-hCG were compared between the two groups.The complications of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of the operation group was higher than the drug group,the hospitalization time and the recovery time ofβ-hCG were shorter than the control group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of drug therapy combined with hysteroscopic electric resection for uterine incision pregnancy is accurate,it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,promote the recovery of patients,and with high safety.
